WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Official Factory is proud to stand by our quality craftsmanship with a 1-year Limited Warranty.
Your watch is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship.
This 1-year Limited Warranty also includes all components and craftsmanship of the movement and watchcase.
We will repair, or, at our option, replace any defective Official Factory watch with the same or a comparable model.
We will refund the purchase if repair or replacement is not commercially possible.
The warranty will become null and void if the timepiece is misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart, or if the timepiece is repaired by anyone other than an authorized dealer.
The warranty is not extended to the watchstrap, bracelet, finish, crystal, crown or battery.
The warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential or special damage arising from any or all uses of the watch.

RETURNS

At Official Factory, we make every effort to deliver every product as described. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 3 days to return the product if they are found to have manufacturing defects or the product you received is not as described.
You can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 3 days of the date you received it and we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item (see our refunds and exchanges policies). Unless faulty we cannot accept the return of products that have been worn, personalized or adjusted.
To qualify for Returns, the item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If items are returned after this time we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to it being in pristine condition.

REFUNDS PROCESS

When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in it's in original condition to ensure its eligibility for the refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
